Why can't we be...?

Why are we like the sun?
rising and setting
day and night
seeking company
yet finding none
never realising the fluffy
clouds always there
willing to lend
a helping hand.
Why can't we be like the wind?
oh,just blow away the dark clouds
and find the sliver lining
or at least a little rainbow.
Why can't we be like the stars and planets
burning for millons
and millons of years
their spirits never dying
Why can't we be like
the mountains and valleys?
oh just stand together
and be as one.
